Always verify important results independently.

5) Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Break the law or violate others’ rights
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the site or circumvent security (including CAPTCHA)
  • Interfere with service operation (spam, malware, scraping at scale, automated abuse)
  • Reverse engineer or frame the Services without permission
  • Use Outputs to deceive, defraud, or spread harmful content

The TMBuzz website, design, logos, and underlying code are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. 10) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TMBuzz and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed USD $10 or the amount you paid to use the Services (whichever is greater; our Services are currently free).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TMBuzz from any claims, damages, or costs arising out of (a) your User Content, (b) your use of the Services, or (c) your breach of these Terms.

12) Third-Party Links & Services

TMBuzz may link to third-party sites or integrate third-party services (e.g., CAPTCHA). We are not responsible for their content or practices. Review their terms and privacy policies before using them.

13) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Pakistan will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, unless applicable consumer protection laws give you non-waivable rights in your home country.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” will show when changes take effect. Material changes will be highlighted on the site. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
