Welcome to TMBuzz. We create free, easy-to-use online tools—including writing tools and calculators—that help you work faster with less friction. This Privacy Policy explains what we (do and don’t) collect, how we use your information, and the choices you have. We wrote it in clear language so you can quickly find what matters.

What We Collect (and Why)

Information you provide

  • Tool inputs: The text or numbers you enter into our tools. We process this solely to generate your results.

Information collected automatically

  • Technical logs:Standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, device/OS, pages viewed, timestamps, and referring URLs.
  • Why:To operate the site, prevent abuse, diagnose issues, and improve reliability and performance.

No cookies

  • TMBuzz does not use cookies or tracking pixels for analytics or advertising.

CAPTCHA

  • We use CAPTCHA service to protect TMBuzz against spam and abuse. The CAPTCHA provider may analyze traffic (e.g., IP, device/behavioral signals) to determine whether a visitor is human. That processing is governed by the provider’s own privacy policy.

How We Use Your Information

  • To operate, maintain, and secure TMBuzz and its tools
  • To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and security incidents (including via CAPTCHA)
  • To understand site performance and improve usability and stability
  • To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (per CPRA definitions).

CPRA (California residents): You have the right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, delete personal information (subject to exceptions), correct inaccuracies, opt out of sale/share (we do not sell/share), limit use of sensitive personal information (we don’t use sensitive PI for additional purposes), and be free from non-discrimination for exercising your rights.

Children’s Privacy (COPPA)

TMBuzz is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has provided information, please contactsupport@tmbuzz.com so we can delete it.

Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as necessary to operate TMBuzz, secure our services, comply with legal duties, and resolve disputes. Tool inputs are processed to deliver results and are not used for unrelated purposes.

Sharing and Transfers

We may share information with service providers (e.g., hosting, security/CAPTCHA) under contracts that require them to use the data only to perform services for us. We may also disclose information to comply with law or protect our rights, users, or the public.
TMBuzz may process data in countries outside your own. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
